3D Lab Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, will showcase its ATO Technology Ultra Frequency System, the latest addition to its ultrasonic atomisation platform, at RAPID+TCT 2025, April 8-10 at Huntington Place in Detroit, Michigan, USA.

As the fourth frequency system developed by ATO, this innovation is tailored for producing fine (25 µm average) and spherical powder sizes with narrow Particle Size Distribution, making it ideal for high-precision Additive Manufacturing and advanced Powder Metallurgy technologies.

Exhibiting alongside its US partner Additive Plus, based in Torrance, California, ATO will present new technologies designed to enhance efficiency, increase flexibility, and improve sustainability of in-house powder manufacturing.

Additionally, ATO is presenting the next-generation ATO Cast, a fully re-engineered induction vacuum casting furnace for alloy design, material recovery and rods production – fully compatible with all rod-based ATO feeding systems. The furnace is equipped with a built-in oxygen sensor, an integrated pyrometer with a camera for live monitoring of the casting process, and a completely redesigned user interface. These upgrades enhance process control, improve safety and provide greater flexibility for in-house alloy development.

Completing the trio of launches is the new-generation ATO Sieve, which brings significant improvements in powder throughput, usability and sieving performance – ensuring precise powder refinement in a protected environment.
