Bruce Lindsley elected as APMI President

Bruce Lindsley, Global Manager of R&D materials, Hoeganaes Corporation, USA, has been elected President of APMI International, the professional society for individuals working in the field of Powder Metallurgy.  

Lindsley has been involved in the development and promotion of enhanced steel powders since 2003 and joined the APMI Board in 2010, serving as chairman of the Panel of Fellows since 2007. He has been a frequent presenter at MPIF and EPMA conferences on topics including alloy development, machinability, and dimensional control.

It was also announced that Gregory G Falleur of Cloyes Gear, John L Johnson of Elmet Technologies,  and Tom Pelletiers of SCM Metal Products, Inc, will join the APMI Board as new directors.
