Ceratizit, part of the Plansee Group and headquartered in Mamer, Luxembourg, has appointed Anja Taylor as the company’s new Channel Manager to work directly with distributors throughout the United States.

Taylor brings ten years of national and regional experience to the role, with previous channel manager and sales engineer experience in the tool manufacturing industry, focusing on automotive, aerospace, small parts machining and general engineering. As Channel Manager for Ceratizit, Taylor will use her background in business development, strategic account management and technology implementation to shape, refine and execute Ceratizit’s distribution strategy in the US.

“Ceratizit’s customer-centric approach aligns with the professional values on which I have built my career in cutting tools,” she shared. “I look forward to executing a channel partner strategy that fosters deeper engagement with our US distributors to support our customers with access to innovative metalworking solutions for process improvement.”

Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. In addition to her academic and industry accomplishments, Taylor is dedicated to leadership and workforce development. While living in southwest Ohio, for instance, she worked with the Dayton Regional Manufacturing Association to cultivate the next generation of manufacturing professionals. Currently, she is a member of the Industrial Supply Association’s Emerging Leaders Committee and will earn her Emerging Leaders Channel Certification this spring.
