Chicago Powdered Metal Products names Wayne Spearman its new Director of Quality, CI and HSE

Chicago Powdered Metal Products, Illinois, USA, has appointed Wayne Spearman as its new Director of Quality, CI and HSE. Spearman is said to be an accomplished manufacturing and quality leader, with a history of implementing strategic quality systems to promote company-wide excellence and safety, as well as long-lasting results.

Prior to joining Chicago Powdered Metal Products, he served as Plant Manager of GKN Sinter Metals North America. At GKN, Spearman is said to have gained many years of experience in implementing solid quality procedures as Regional Director of Quality and as Quality Manager. Before GKN, he held various quality positions in Sigma Stamping and Bing Metals Group.

Spearman is also reported to have been the driving force of for continuous improvement within GKN Sinter Metals North America as the Senior Manager of Regional Continuous Improvement. He also served previously as Manager of Quality and Continuous Improvement for Sigma Stamping and for Bing Metals Group.
