The Metal Powder Industries Federation’s (MPIF) ‘Basic PM Short Course’ is being held at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel, State College, Pennsylvania from 18–20 July 2011. The course offers a complete introduction to powder metallurgy from powder production to component design and testing.

 

The course is designed for anyone who is either new to the powder metallurgy industry or looking to broaden their knowledge of the technology. MPIF states that the course will not only appeal to engineers, designers and metallurgists, but also purchasing agents, managers and office personnel.
