Fabio Pedrazzi joins Höganäs board of directors

Sweden’s Höganäs AB has announced Fabio Pedrazzi as a new member of its board of directors. Pedrazzi is the CEO of Lindéngruppen AB, which owns 50% of Höganäs.
Pedrazzi brings international experience in leadership, strategy, and industrial development. Prior to joining Lindéngruppen, he held executive roles, including CEO of Spaljisten AB, several senior leadership roles at Hilti Group, and spent a decade as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. He currently serves on several boards, including Colart and cReal Food AB; he is currently chair of Beckers Group.
This appointment took effect in May 2025, when Pedrazzi replaced Paul Schrotti.
