GKN Sinter Metals showcases technological expertise at IZB 2012

GKN Sinter Metals recently exhibited at the International Suppliers Fair (IZB), a leading European trade fair for the automotive supplier industry, which took place in Wolfsburg, Germany, 10th to 12th of October 2012.

The company states that it used the opportunity to showcase its technology portfolio and the latest high-performance developments for the automotive industry, with main focus on engine, transmission, seat adjustment components, shock absorber and sintered magnetic parts.
GKN Sinter Metals’ components are used in a wide range of automotive applications such as oil and water pumps, transmissions, engines, steering and suspension systems and e-motors. A demonstration highlighting the many advantages of the Powder Metallurgy process was given to visitors at the company’s booth.
