Hoeganaes open premixing and market support facility in China

Hoeganaes Corporation, headquartered in Cinnaminson, USA, has recently opened a new premixing and market support facility in Danyang, Jiangsu Province, China. The facility will support the growing China powder metallurgy market with quick delivery of press-ready premixes as well as warehousing the full portfolio of the company’s products.

HoeganaesNew_China_FacilityDave Kasputis, President of Hoeganaes Corporation and Stefan Magirius, President of GKN China, conducted the official ribbon-cutting to celebrate the opening of the facility.

Invited guests who also spoke at the opening included Zhou Hai Yang, Vice General Manager of NBTM, one of the largest PM companies in China; Ms. Chen Yue, General Secretary of one of China’s larger PM associations, the CMPMA; and William Wang, China Country Manager for Hoeganaes.

The new facility is focused on serving Hoeganaes’s customers throughout China. This will be accomplished by its provision of a high-quality mixing facility, fully-equipped laboratory with technical support and quality assurance services local to the Chinese market. It will offer short lead-time production of press-ready premixes as well as warehousing the full portfolio of Hoeganaes Corporation products.
