Impact Innovations launches EvoOS Cold Spray control software

Impact Innovations GmbH, Rattenkirchen, Germany, has launched its modular EvoOS Cold Spray Additive Manufacturing control software. Developed 100% in-house, EvoOS functions as the digital core of the latest-generation EvoCSII Cold Spray machine, enabling 24/7 production, and is scalable to meet specific customer requirements.
EvoOS is controlled through a straightforward interface intended to reduce training time and provide users with full process transparency through real-time insights and remote access. The software also features smart diagnostic capabilities with visual analytics, automated fault detection and preventive service logic. Its intelligent powder flow control and filtering work to ensure consistent, high-quality manufacturing.
Since November 2024, EvoOS has been integrated as standard in all delivered EvoCSII machines; any machines installed between September 2021 and November 2024 are eligible for upgrade.
