Metal Powder Group announces new CEO and leadership changes

Metal Powder Group, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, has announced leadership changes following Per Engdahl’s retirement from his executive roles within the company. As a result, Greg Chirieleison will take over the role of CEO for Metal Powder Group while keeping his role as Chemalloy President. Per Engdahl will stay on as the Chairman of the Metal Powder Group Board.

Alongside this leadership change, Ulrika Ahlstedt has stepped in as the new Managing Director of MPT Sweden. She will also maintain her position as Global Marketing & Sales Director of Metal Powder Group.

Christian Schulz, CPA, who is the CFO of Chemalloy, will also take on the role as group CFO.

Metal Powder Group’s core companies MPT and Chemalloy are owned by Holta Invest AS. Holta Invest AS is a privately held investment company headquartered in Oslo, Norway. Holta Invest’s long term interests and activities in the metal industry are collected in Holta Metals Group, a global player within the metals industry with strong positions in distribution, trading and processing of raw materials for selected metal segments.
