Powder Alloy Corporation, headquartered in Loveland, Ohio, has entered into a co-exclusive licensing agreement with NASA to manufacture and commercialise the agency’s GRX-810 Oxide Dispersion Strengthened (ODS) alloy.

The GRX-810 ODS alloy, developed by NASA’s Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio, reportedly provides unparalleled strength, durability, and resistance to extreme conditions. Leveraging the latest advancements in material science, this alloy is designed to withstand high temperatures, corrosive environments, and intense radiation – crucial qualities for the demanding conditions encountered in space exploration.

Powder Alloy Corporation will bring GRX-810 ODS alloy to the commercial market. This co-exclusive licensing agreement grants Powder Alloy Corporation rights to produce, market, and distribute the revolutionary alloy for various aerospace applications, including satellite components, spacecraft structures, and propulsion systems.
