Retech, a US-based division of the Seco/Warwick Group, headquartered in Swiebodzin, Poland, has received an order for one of its metal powder atomisers from a prominent multinational metals company. The atomiser will be installed at one of the customer’s US production facilities.

Discussing the sale, Earl Good, President and Managing Director at Retech, stated, “We stuck with them. We maintained the response times they needed, going above and beyond. This level of dedication was crucial in meeting their ambitious timeline, from RFQ to turnkey execution.”

Retech stated that its ability to address lead time challenges through innovative engineering and scheduling was a decisive factor. Being based in the USA also provided a significant advantage, allowing for more responsive collaboration and support.

The atomiser can produce a wide variety of metal powders and is optimised for both throughput and maintenance. The machine is designed to be highly efficient, reducing operational costs and environmental impact. The all-electric process ensures zero carbon emissions, aligning it with sustainable production practices. Inert gas recovery and recycling also enhance resource efficiency and reduce waste.
