“The quality team comprising Florence Wiggans, Helen Ellis, Colin Bagley and Dan Kenyon have a massive task in maintaining the high standards expected by our customers. Achieving NADCAP Gold Merit Status is down to their skill, dedication and supreme effort. As the largest single site for aerospace checklists, their hard work is vital to the success of the company,” explained Group Director, Simeon Collins.

To be granted Gold Merit, Wallwork had to achieve two consecutive accreditations of 18 months each without any major NCRs and with less than seven days of cumulative delinquency. Achieving merit is only the start. Constant vigilance is required to maintain the systems that support it.

Speaking for the quality team, Helen Ellis stated, “NADCAP, while very important, is one of many accreditations and quality standards that we ensure the company meets. There are many others including AS/EN9100, ITAR compliance and numerous aerospace prime approvals.”

“Wallwork continues to invest in the latest specification aerospace furnaces alongside investment in people and training to achieve the required levels of quality on a daily basis. We appreciate the dedication of all staff in their diligence at performing their tasks to the highest standards,” Simeon concluded.
